Customer Insurance Requirements

Insurance Is Required

Commercial Auto Liability or Truckers Liability:

$1,000,000 combined single limit bodily injury and property damage per occurrence, or the minimum amount specified by any applicable laws or government, whichever is greater.

Certificate:

A certificate naming ‘Sonsray Rental and Leasing, Inc.’ (the Lessor) additional insured with respect to liability and loss payee with respect to physical damage is required prior to trailer rental. The certificate must provide the Lessor with at least 30 days prior written notice before cancellation or material change in coverage. 

General Liability:

Comprehensive contractual liability of $1,000,000.00.

Physical Damage: 

Comprehensive and collision coverage for physical damage with a maximum $5,000.00 deductible.
